Tropical Chia Pudding

  • 30 g of chia seeds
  • 150 mls of almond milk or any milk you like
  • 20 g of vanilla flavoured protein powder or any you like
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 50 g of diced kiwi
  • 50 g of blueberries
  • 50 g of diced strawberries
  • 100 g of fat free Greek yogurt


  • In a container/bowl, slowly add the milk to the protein powder while mixing until there are no lumps and the consistency is smooth.
  • Next add chia seeds and vanilla essence and whisk well.
  • Allow sit for 5 minutes and whisk well again to avoid the chia seeds going lumpy.
  • Cover and leave sit in fridge for few hours or overnight.
  • When serving, pour the chia pudding into a glass.
  • Add the fruit on top of the chia seed pudding and top with the yogurt.
