Ingredients
- 30 g of chia seeds
- 150 mls of almond milk or any milk you like
- 20 g of vanilla flavoured protein powder or any you like
- 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 50 g of diced kiwi
- 50 g of blueberries
- 50 g of diced strawberries
- 100 g of fat free Greek yogurt
Instructions
- In a container/bowl, slowly add the milk to the protein powder while mixing until there are no lumps and the consistency is smooth.
- Next add chia seeds and vanilla essence and whisk well.
- Allow sit for 5 minutes and whisk well again to avoid the chia seeds going lumpy.
- Cover and leave sit in fridge for few hours or overnight.
- When serving, pour the chia pudding into a glass.
- Add the fruit on top of the chia seed pudding and top with the yogurt.
