Ingredients

OVERNIGHT OATS

  • 40 g oats
  • 150 mls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • 25 g salted caramel whey protein powder (or any flavour you have)
  • 100 g fat free Greek yogurt

TOPPINGS

  • 50 g sliced banana
  • 5 g caramelized nuts

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients for the overnight oats to a bowl and mix well until smooth.
  • Leave covered for a few hours or overnight to thicken in the fridge.
  • Add toppings just before serving.
