Ingredients
OVERNIGHT OATS
- 40 g oats
- 150 mls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- 25 g salted caramel whey protein powder (or any flavour you have)
- 100 g fat free Greek yogurt
TOPPINGS
- 50 g sliced banana
- 5 g caramelized nuts
Instructions
- Add all ingredients for the overnight oats to a bowl and mix well until smooth.
- Leave covered for a few hours or overnight to thicken in the fridge.
- Add toppings just before serving.
