“I really didn’t think the Future Fitness 56 programme would work for me as I had tried so many other diets and I ate healthily most of the time anyway.
Having insulin resistance (PCOS), I was always told it would be extra hard for me to lose weight but it had gotten to a stage where I had to try something.
Signing up for the programme I was a bit sceptical, but fairly early on I realised that this time was different! I had tons of energy, was being far more productive with my research, was looking forward to working out and my clothes were fitting so much better.
Eve was so helpful and encouraging, especially on weeks when the scales weren’t moving and it seemed like I was doing it all for nothing. Without her encouragement, I definitely would have given up.
It was also great getting advice on high protein veggie meals!! I learned so much about nutrition and even though I was eating healthy before I wasn’t eating the right combinations or amounts.
