Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

  • 100 g of frozen banana
  • 150 mls of unsweetened almond milk
  • 25 g of vanilla whey protein or any flavour
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and sprinkle with more cinnamon.
  • If you want to make it thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
