Servings: 1 serving
- 100 g of frozen banana
- 150 mls of unsweetened almond milk
- 25 g of vanilla whey protein or any flavour
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle with more cinnamon.
- If you want to make it thicker, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
