“When Cliona started working with me her words were “I can’t believe i’m eating this much and losing weight!” She went from doing cardio 6 days a week with little weight training to doing 4 weight training sessions a week with minimal cardio. We worked on improving her eating habits and food choices, changing from a more restrict then binge mentality to just having a balanced diet eating foods she enjoyed in the right amounts.
