Over the last 8 weeks I’ve learned so much more about myself physically and mentally that I will now put into my everyday life going forward.
As it was my second time doing the programme, I thought I wouldn’t have been as ‘strict’ on myself and thought I’d go off plan a lot more than I should have, but in reality looking back I did stick to my plan and I just reminded myself that this wasn’t necessarily a diet. It was a way of changing my lifestyle for the better. Things come up and you can’t stick to everything 100% and that is ok.
I have more energy, less stressed, more motivation, sleep and mood has improved – it’s had such a positive effect on all aspects of my life and definitely for the better.
I’m stronger, fitter and most importantly, happier and healthier!
The support and motivation I got from my coach was exactly what I needed to work my hardest to reach my goals and targets, and that I did.
For someone who’s always struggled with self confidence and body image, by completing this programme I have gained so much more self confidence, have a much more positive view on my body image, and these are things that I will carry with me and remind myself of how far I’ve come, but I couldn’t have done it without Matt and the team supporting me every step of the way!
The only thing I regret about the programme is having not done it sooner! Here’s to getting even stronger, fitter and healthier!
