
Ingredients
Stir Fry Ingredients
- 300 g raw prawns fresh or defrosted
- 2 cloves of grated garlic
- 1 diced pepper approx. 150g
- 8 sliced cherry tomatoes
- 50 g diced onion
- Salt & pepper
- 1 kcal spray
Sauce Ingredients
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
- 10 g of cornflour
- 1/4 of a teaspoon of chili flakes
- 15 g of honey
- 30 mls of soy sauce
- 10 mls of sesame oil if you don't have it, you can leave it out
Instructions
- Heat a wok on medium heat.
- Spray well with 1 kcal spray.
- Add the pepper, garlic and onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the cornflour in a cup with a tablespoon of water to form a smooth paste.
- Add the rest of the sauce ingredients to the paste and mix well.
- Add the prawns and cherry tomatoes to the wok and pour in the sauce.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with side of choice e.g. rice/noodles/extra veg. Pictured here with rice and asparagus.
