  • 25 g chocolate whey protein powder (I'm sure vanilla/caramel/peanut butter etc would work well too)
  • 5 g cocoa powder
  • 200 mls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • 10 g peanut butter
  • 6-8 ice cubes


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add more ice if you like a thicker consistency.
