Ingredients
- 25 g chocolate whey protein powder (I'm sure vanilla/caramel/peanut butter etc would work well too)
- 5 g cocoa powder
- 200 mls unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
- 10 g peanut butter
- 6-8 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more ice if you like a thicker consistency.
