
Ingredients
- 300 g prawns fresh or defrosted
- 30 g of light butter
- 1 sliced chili
- 2-3 cloves of grated garlic/garlic puree
- 1 tablespoon of cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add the butter, chili and garlic.
- Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the cajun seasoning and cayenne pepper, and sauté for another minute.
- Add the prawns and sauté for about 4-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Squeeze in the lemon juice and sauté for a final minute.
- Serve with pasta/spaghetti, rice, noodles etc - it's very versatile.
