Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

  • 40 g oats
  • 15 g flavoured whey protein powder flavoured whey protein powder
  • 5 g chia seeds
  • 50 g diced strawberry
  • 100-150 mls unsweetened almond milk (use more or less depending on desired consistency)
  • 50 g fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
  • 1 digestive biscuit


  • Add your oats, chia seeds and protein powder to a bowl and mix well.
  • Stir in the almond milk, vanilla essence and yogurt and mix well again until everything is well combined and smooth.
  • Dice up your strawberries and stir them into the oats mixture.
  • Cover and pop them in the fridge until serving (you can eat them straight away too but they will be nicer if you leave them thicken in the fridge for a while or overnight).
  • Crumble a digestive biscuit over the top just before serving.
