Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 40 g oats
- 15 g flavoured whey protein powder flavoured whey protein powder
- 5 g chia seeds
- 50 g diced strawberry
- 100-150 mls unsweetened almond milk (use more or less depending on desired consistency)
- 50 g fat free Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
- 1 digestive biscuit
Instructions
- Add your oats, chia seeds and protein powder to a bowl and mix well.
- Stir in the almond milk, vanilla essence and yogurt and mix well again until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Dice up your strawberries and stir them into the oats mixture.
- Cover and pop them in the fridge until serving (you can eat them straight away too but they will be nicer if you leave them thicken in the fridge for a while or overnight).
- Crumble a digestive biscuit over the top just before serving.
