  • 170 g Italian mixed leaves (or any leaves e.g. spinach, rocket)
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g mango
  • 100 g grapes
  • Black pepper


  • Add the mix leaves to a large bowl.
  • Slice up the fruit and add to the bowl.
  • Season with black pepper and serve.
  • You could also add in other fruits such as pineapple or apple.
  • It goes well with grilled chicken/prawns and a citrus dressing.
