Ingredients
- 170 g Italian mixed leaves (or any leaves e.g. spinach, rocket)
- 100 g strawberries
- 100 g mango
- 100 g grapes
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Add the mix leaves to a large bowl.
- Slice up the fruit and add to the bowl.
- Season with black pepper and serve.
- You could also add in other fruits such as pineapple or apple.
- It goes well with grilled chicken/prawns and a citrus dressing.
