- 2 turkey rashers
- 1 egg
- 50 g mashed avocado
- Salt & pepper
- 1 kcal spray
Instructions
- Heat a pan on medium heat and spray with 1 kcal spray.
- Fry the egg and turkey rashers.
- Season the egg.
- Toast your brioche bun.
- Season your mashed avocado with salt and pepper.
- Top your brioche bun with the mashed avocado.
- Add the egg and turkey rashers on top.
- Add your favourite sauce.
